How Working Together Looks Like

Step 1: Book an Initial Consultation (Online or In-Person)

During a 60-minute Initial Consultation, we dive deep into your health history and current situation to make sure we’ll include your unique “full picture”.


Step 2: Lab Testing

Time to do the testing. It’s as easy as it can be: You order the tests to your home, do them yourself (which means taking a urine / stool probe or taking some hair), and send them off to the lab.


Step 3: Analysis of Test Results & Targeted Action Plan

Once you got the results back, we’ll meet up for a follow-up session in which I explain to you what your test results mean and introduce you to your unique wellness action plan.
